I miss my uncle and aunties there =(
AND I MISS MY CHICKEN NUGGETS AS WELL~~

Today doing special meal..
What's special meal?
Meal that are "SPECIALLY" requested by the passenger...

Everyday 5am wake up will drive me crazy!
Sometimes i stand all the way to changi~
Not bad~

I will sigh when i stepped out of the house..
Why???
Bus (154 to lakeside) > mrt (lakeside to tanah merah) > mrt (tanah merah to changi) > shutter bus (T2 to budget terminal) > walk (budget terminal to SATS inflight catering center 1)
That is my bloody lifestyle^^^^

Guess how many i deepfried??
AT LEAST 10,000 hashbrown!!
I can close my eyes and deepfry at the same time =)
Took 3hrs =)

Panfry ham, sausage and beef steak..

Ham around 2,000
Sausage around 500
Beef steak around 800

Went up ICP for cooking lesson..
LOL free food to eat..
Cod fish, tenderloin and pork burger..
Waaaa the sauce is very nice!!
Waaa my stomach was bloated@@
That ah mo from texas, USA came to SATS for a few days training...
He is currently studying in johnson wales university..
World largest and famous hospitality school!!
If i got a chance to study there, i'm VERY sure i wont give up on myself easily!
But most importantly i wanna earn money first =)
I need to take care my little zee too =/

All i can say is, i cutted 13 trays of lasagne..
1 tray = 56 portion..

Umm cutted around 100+ chicken breast too..
Cutted thousands of Pancake..

LOL thanks colin for stealing crossiont for me..
Both of us eat at the staircase secretly.. WAHAHAX!!!
