Hmmm today a busy day for me..
Waited the freaking 154 for 45mins..

Reached home at 1am..
Eat+Bathe so 1.30am..
Comp awhile sleep..

Ohhhh another day gone...
Hmm was about to step into the kitchen, i heard chef shouting @ someone..
Am i scared??? OF COURSE I DO.. =X
Well, anyway i still have to go in..
Put my things down and changed my clothes..
Do my own things.. Prepare mis en plus and keep vegetables etc.
Stupid lor 12 - 1+ so busy... SOOO many orders came =(

My senior cook SIM cook pasta..Chef was speaking to someone else outside..
After he came in, he shouted "F...... SHIT" at SIM..
Because SIM use lots of oil to cook the pasta sauce.
Chef was sooo fed up and was going to kick SIM'S BUTT..
Luckily SIM shoo away.. OMG i cant believe what i saw..

All kitchen staffs (Jun yan, Swee, Sim and i) soo quiet..We scared of him..
Hmm after he left, we finally can chit chat..
Well, chef was sick thats why we know he is in a bad mood.
Even swee also sick.. He got headache =X
Hmmm i scare tomorrow chef and swee on MC..
Only 5 staffs including me are working tomorrow and its "SATURDAY"!!
OMG if 2 of them MC, left 3 of us to handle everything!!!

Wow looked at my timecard.. WTF only 7 1/2 hrs over time..
I pissed off sia!!
Next time i dont work free overtime liao.. ARGHH!! Boo~

Cooked my staff meal.. Chicken,Garden peas,prawns, KING prawn with cream ,parmersan and mozzeralla cheese sauce..
^^^ LOL CHEF NOT HERE SO THIS IS MY "HAO LIAO"!!! YEEPEE YEAL!!

Eat liao,talking talking with them... looked at phone.. No miss calls and no messages..
Feel kidda bored.. Nevermind this is loner style and i used to it =)
So went to sleep lor...

Woke up @ 5.30pm and soo start work lor..
Hmm this is my life... Kinda sianz de.. 12-3pm working den 3-5.30pm rest..
^^^ Always overtime!!

Hope tomorrow everything will be fine lor..

Hmmm started work today=(
Ate my lunch and went out of my house at 11am..

Heard my sis went into hospital so i worked till 3pm to go visit her..
LOL she's lame!!
Treating the hospital like her house..
Tell us to bring her many many things there -.-

Actually i start work at 6pm..
But i told my chef i will be late sooo...

Left NUH @ 6.10pm...
Waited for that stupid bus for ages!!!
Nevermind but still came..
The most irrtating part is.....
EVERY SINGLE BUS STOP HAVE PEOPLE BOARD!!
OK nevermind!!!
WTF!!!! Traffic jam!! OMFG!!
I reached my work place @ 7.20pm xD

Well, chef didnt scold me.. He's good =)
I always know that he loves me lots.. <3

So worked till 11pm and knock off...
Went back home.. Eat,bathe,comp and lastly SLEEP!!

HAHAHA!!
Well woke up @ 12pm..
Went kayating @ 2pm ..Kayat for 1hr with jeremy and jabez @ jurong lake park..
After kayating , we went home to have our shower..

After that we decided to meet up again..
SOOO yea..
We went to shirley ma @ JW to have our hair cut..
After that , went to street 51 to have our dinner..
Walked out at 7pm..

Jeremy went to bball training.
Jabez went to his church.
Zee went back home to relax.

At about 10pm.
We AGAIN decided to meet up again..
This time we planned to play candles and fireworks hahaha fun eh??
We went to jurong lake park @ skate park to play lor..
This time raymond joined us xD..

Went to "Riverside indonesian resturant" @ clake quay to dine in with jeremy,ryan & raymond.
Was fun xD..
Went for a walk to relax..Awww our stomach is DAM full!!

Next we went to "haagen Dazs" & ordered chocolate fondue!!

After a great day! We decided to go home and relax =)

Wahahah made cake with jeremy.
From 2-5... Cool???
He asked me to teach him sooooo why not??
Because 10 of oct is his GIRLFRIEND bday so he is planning to make a cake for her..
Thats secret!! ^^^ Nobody knows except both of us..
Nobody will see my blog so i writing it down.. LMAO

We went to bugis after that..............
Jere went to work from 7pm-10pm..
So i stayed at bugis and wait for him..
Went shopping & bought 2 ear studs, (strawberry & chocolate chip) for the cake..
Saw denny at 77th street & joked with him awhile then he went off -.-

Yes!! Jere knock off already.. We went to pool fusion play play lor.
We know its expensive so we play BEST of 5..
LOL he win me!! 3-1 =(

We quickly go back my house to check out the cake..
WOW its amazing!!!
We cut the strawberries into halve and decorated the cake.
Spray the whipping cream on the side so that the chocolate rice can stick on it...
We placed the strawberries on top of the cake to contrast the color..
LOOK!!!





























After that we brought the cake to my house's void deck to EAT!!!
Looking at the moon, enjoying moon cake festival!! LMAO!!
