Ohhhh another day gone...
Hmm was about to step into the kitchen, i heard chef shouting @ someone..
Am i scared??? OF COURSE I DO.. =X
Well, anyway i still have to go in..
Put my things down and changed my clothes..
Do my own things.. Prepare mis en plus and keep vegetables etc.
Stupid lor 12 - 1+ so busy... SOOO many orders came =(

My senior cook SIM cook pasta..Chef was speaking to someone else outside..
After he came in, he shouted "F...... SHIT" at SIM..
Because SIM use lots of oil to cook the pasta sauce.
Chef was sooo fed up and was going to kick SIM'S BUTT..
Luckily SIM shoo away.. OMG i cant believe what i saw..

All kitchen staffs (Jun yan, Swee, Sim and i) soo quiet..We scared of him..
Hmm after he left, we finally can chit chat..
Well, chef was sick thats why we know he is in a bad mood.
Even swee also sick.. He got headache =X
Hmmm i scare tomorrow chef and swee on MC..
Only 5 staffs including me are working tomorrow and its "SATURDAY"!!
OMG if 2 of them MC, left 3 of us to handle everything!!!

Wow looked at my timecard.. WTF only 7 1/2 hrs over time..
I pissed off sia!!
Next time i dont work free overtime liao.. ARGHH!! Boo~

Cooked my staff meal.. Chicken,Garden peas,prawns, KING prawn with cream ,parmersan and mozzeralla cheese sauce..
^^^ LOL CHEF NOT HERE SO THIS IS MY "HAO LIAO"!!! YEEPEE YEAL!!

Eat liao,talking talking with them... looked at phone.. No miss calls and no messages..
Feel kidda bored.. Nevermind this is loner style and i used to it =)
So went to sleep lor...

Woke up @ 5.30pm and soo start work lor..
Hmm this is my life... Kinda sianz de.. 12-3pm working den 3-5.30pm rest..
^^^ Always overtime!!

Hope tomorrow everything will be fine lor..
